The famous Las Vegas strip is for the most part, not within the city limits of Las Vegas. The majority of the strip is located within Clark County.

That is not true, most of the strip is in an unicorporated city called Paradise. Everything there is within Clark County.

"the meadows" is not the translation for Las Vegas just so you know.

Las Vegas doesn't exist in Spanish (Mexico) as a word. It may exist or tranlate to that in other Spanish speaking countries. (Spain, south America).
