already treated with ciproflaxin 2/5days and trimethoprim 2/15days but swelling still not going down but soreness ans pain is reduced

extremely painful i had once myself it took about a month for it to completely go away

Dude, you should have a follow up with your doctor. I had epididymitis about 15 years ago...I think it took about a week. I'm sure it's different depending on how severe the problem is.
