How long does Roaccutane take to work?

I took Roaccutane for the first time in November 2003 for 1 year, which cleared my severe acne. I went back onto 20g per day on June 20th 2007, as my acne was returning, although no where near as bad. As of today, I have been on roaccutane for around a month and a half and was just wondering how long it would take for my spots to totally clear. I started a healthy diet last Monday, which I have been on for a week, so I realize that a few of the very small zits I am getting are toxins coming out of my skin, but nevertheless, how long until I can expect clear skin?

20 mg might not be enough for you. I started at 30 mg for the first few months, but it wasn't until I was at 70 mg did things really start to clear up. Accutane was a life saver for me. I have not had a pimple in over 3 years. Not a single one.
