Budget Holiday?

Question

Where can i + 1 visit in the first week of october for 3-4 days.
Can afford up to £150 for travel and accomodation.
Whats Brussels/amsterdam/ venice like? Any recommendations welcomed for hotels areas or countries to visit.
Were in our 20s but NOT really up for a beach/clubbing holiday.

Budapest, Hungary.

Atlas Hotel in Nepschinhaz utca. Amazing. Go in deep winter.
Its a part of the world that no tourists go at this time so has an air of mystery. Its well below freezing point, constant snow. Deep thick snow, not the mush you get in the UK. Cheap, cheap drinks at Atlas's 24 bar. Lovely sights of the Danube just a few miles away. Great food!

And a weekend is about £150 pp.

The destinations you mentioned are rather pricey and hence, I would not travel on that budget.

Suggest you try Scandinavia or Albania.

Goto Ryanairs website and you'll find flights to Italy, Belgium, Sweden & Spain (amongst others) for about £40 return. Then look for hotels at lowcostbeds. Hope you find something!
