There's a Best Western ( http://www.resideo.com/us/utah/brycecany… ) located about a mile form the entrance.

Check the link for more info, pics & online booking.

If there are no rooms available for the dates you choose, the system will automatically show you any rooms around the vicinity.

Good luck & have fun!

I found this hotel on booktickets4less.com. It has a %110 best rate guarantee for the price.

    Best Western Rubys Inn

Utah Highway 63 PO Box 640001
    Bryce Canyon, UT 84764 US

    The site says:
we guarantee that our Save Rate Hotels* are the best prices available online. If you find a lower rate on another website for the same room, at the same hotel, on the same dates, within 24 hours of making your booking with us, we guarantee you that we'll match it PLUS pay you 10% of the difference in price.

That sounds like it would be the cheapest to me if they guarantee it.

You still might want to check expedia.com or orbitz.com to make sure the price is the cheapest. I guess if you do find it lower somewhere else, you can still get it cheaper at booktickets4less.com from the guarantee that they have.

    Hope this helps.

Everyone here as the right idea. Best Western Ruby's Inn. Its right near the park and a good hotel. They have an indoor pool, a general store, and an all you can eat buffet that was legendary. They also have a fast food/pizza joint next door. You can also make reservations for outdoor trips there. Across the street they have a bunch of stores with ice cream and stuff. There is also a horse corral across the street so you can go horseback riding. Bryce is a really cool place.

If you don't mind driving about 10 minutes outside of the park, check out Harold's Place, a reasonably-priced neat motel/restaurant where we stayed last fall. Read my comments about it on tripadvisor.com

The lodge and cabin inside the park is actually a pretty good value as these things go. Plus, the value of the trip is enhanced greatly if you stay inside the park. We were in a cabin, got up one morning, and walking 25 feet to the canyon's rim shortly after sunrise. Very nice.

My memory says that there were some mom and pop hotels in the area. You might be able to save a few bucks there, but I'd take it up a notch. Bryce is worth it.
