Site below has lots of tips plus see chapter on quickest weight loss for a fast way to lose weight. Salt has no calories but makes you fat. Nourish your body thin instead of starving your body fat.

Low fat diet with plenty of exercise.

Lean meats, fish, veg, fruit, wholemeal foods such as brown rice and pasta which will keep you fuller for longer, low fat dairy products.

No snacking on sweet sugary things only on fruit.

Cut out sugar and saturated fat.

All of this along with plenty of exercise including, walking, swimming and running.

You will be on your way to a sensible, healthy weight loss.

Unfortunately, depending on how much weight you wish to lose I don't think there ever is a quick way to weight loss as all of this all needs will power.

I wish you lots of luck.

Here's a good idea, avoid the concept of rapid weight loss! 2 in 3 dieters of the fad/rapid/diet pill type end up HEAVIER statistically!

Slow and steady wins the race. There is also now no doubt that dieting without increasing energy expenditure is virtually doomed from the the start. We are what we eat, but we are much more what we don't do. To stand any real chance of SUSTAINED weight loss you need to combine a modest reduction in calories with regular, vigorous exercise. This also has masses of additional health advantages.

I would suggest a cleansing diet. I lost 12 pounds in 9 days and then 28 pounds in less than a month. I also lost a lot of inches too! I learned that cleansing will help the body get rid of impurities. Impurities come from a lot of things like fast food, pollution, food additives and preservatives and lots of other things. The impurities get stored in the fat in our body. To get rid of the fat, we have to get rid of the impurities by cleansing the body. This made sense to me and I decided to try a cleanse program and it worked. The weight came off fast and this kept me motivated to keep going, not like other diets where the weight loss it too slow. I did Jenny Craig, Weight Watcher and Medifast. If you want to learn more call the toll free number 1-877-587-4647 or check out the website. This was the first time I ever did a cleanse, it was easy and I feel better. Good luck whatever you decide to do! http://diet4cleansing.com

    Yeah don't do it!

Rapid weight loss leads to a net weight gain in the long term.

Victoria Beckham is reportedly downing 2 pints of seaweed and Algae shake at the moment - you could try that.

A SEX MARATHON SHOULD LOSE YOU LOTS OF CALORIES. PLUS IF U FALL IN LOVE, YOU MAY NOT EAT FOR A WHILE WHICH RESULT IN WEIGHT LOSS. EITHER THAT OR YOU COULD JUST STARVE YOURSELF FOR FEW DAYS WHICH IN TURN WILL CREATE MORE WEIGHT GAIN WHEN YOU DO EAT.......ID CHOOSE THE MARATHON PERSONALLY!

Loads of exercise aerobic preferably, cut down on calories... try eating more fruit and veg and even though carbs are supposed to make up a large part of your diet I find that if I cut them out I can lose weight very quickly, also cut down on meat and dairy

this is a three day a week diet me and my mum did and you can loose up to 10lb in a week! depending on what size you are. you just do it for three days and then do it again when you feel like it for another three days...here it is...

    day one

breakfast- half grapefruit and one slice of toast with either 2 tsb of peanut butter, or a small tin of beans

lunch-4oz tuna and one slice of toast

dinner-2 slices of any cold meat, 8oz green beans, and 4oz beetroot

supper- 1 small apple and 4oz of vanilla icecream

    day 2

breakfast-1 egg, one slice of toast and half a banana

lunch- 4oz cottage cheese and 5 tuc or ritz biscuits

dinner- 2 slices of any cold meat, 4oz brocoli and 2oz of carrots

supper- half banana and 4oz vanilla icecream

    day 3

breakfast- 5 tuc or ritz biscuits, one slice of cheese and a small apple

lunch- 1 hard boiled egg and one slice of toast

dinner- 4oz tuna, 4oz beetroot and 4oz cauliflower

super- half a melon and 4oz vanilla ice cream

you cant have tea or coffe or sugar or add anything or miss anything out the only thing you are allowed to add is salt and pepper nothing else im afraid and drink nothing but water! its a strict diet but really is good!!

obviously you dont have to use this, its just here incase you decide to try it, like i said me and my mum did it and its great. obviously after the three weeks just eat a bit sensibly.

    good luck!!
