The Hotel is the Bahia Principe Club and Resort. The email address you need is "[e-mail]-principe.… Addresses are not published it appears, so after bahia you have to place a dash then follow that with principe and then a period followed by com. Just in case, their telephone is 876-973-7000.They speak English, Spanish and French.
