How do I add sidelights to a J Spec Mazda MX3?

My friend has a 91 imported Mazda MX3 - but it has no sidelights (parking lights) - but UK laws demand that sidelights be fitted. What is the best way to add sidelights to the car?

Thanks John - But where can you purchase these headlights? - and also do you have to put in additional wiring to power the sidelights?

The front headlamps can be replaced with ones that have side lamps built in and are for right hand drive vehicles,the bother is usually with the rear fog lamp?which is needed as well.need more info?to explain further.
