Orlando hotels?

Question

I have the choice to stay at either the Peabody , Hyatt Regency Grande Cypress or the Marriot World Resort which would you recommend?

I would personally reccommend The Peabody.
It's on International Drive which is a great location.
It's on the quiet end of International Drive so if you want a bit of peace and quiet you can have it but it's a nice stroll down to the many restaurants and attractions on I Drive. They're some great restaurants - Bahama Breeze (a Caribbean style restaurant with a great band on some days) , Wild Jacks (highly reccommended steak restaurant - the only place I eat steak in the world!!) Bennigans (for great potato soup) and Chicago Uno (a great deep crust pizza joint - fantastic food).
The attractions to visit on I Drive are Wonderworks (the upside down house with great science based experiements that are really fun), Ripleys (like Guiness book of records type place), a Titanic museum and Wet and Wild to name a few.
Even if you just go for the daily duck parade, go to The Peabody.

Depends which fits in with your budget and which has the most to offer you and is in the best location for you.

Hyatt does not have free internet, or it didn't when I was there. that was really bad. Also their restaurants suck.

stay at the Hyatt. It's beautiful and there is so much to do, kayaking, horseback riding, tennis, and the pool is the most unbelievable thing ever and open 24 hours.

Wow, all great hotels in Orlando!!

If you are going for a conference at the Orange County Convention Center, I would stay at the Peabody. It is a very posh hotel and close to lots of great restaurants and activities on I-Drive.

Grand Cypress would be my second choice. It is closer to Disney, but the resort is very popular and has great golf courses!!

The Marriott resort is enormous, but there isn't a lot to do on property and it isn't very close to other things, like the Peabody is.
