I pondered this question for seventy years before I found the answer. Can you get there quicker? If you want the answer post the following question: 'So why IS a mouse when it spins?' under the catagory of Pets (not Mouse & Garden) and I will oblige.
The answer iS "because the higher, the fewer" don't worry that you who gave the (almost) correcr answer haven't worked it out yet - like myself, you will in time! And don't be put off by people who understand neither the question nor the answer - that's not our fault! (Bless 'em).
I dunno. I suppose you know what's red and goes "putt-putt" or what's green and flies to the aid of grapes in distress? Or why the elephant wore sunglasses and why his brother painted his toenails red?
I didn't know a mouse could spin - I just got a silly picture in my mind of a mouse in ballet shoes and a tu-tu spinning around with its front legs above it's head. lol
