Serious answers please!: What would you recommend as the best method to get rid of Cellulite from the thighs?

Must be non surgical and please don't say diet and exercise - I have already lost six and a half stone but still have this problem with cellulite. Thank you in advance.

Water, water, water and more water. Also, if your thighs aren't that large, then weighted squats will build the muscle. These are like lunges with a 5kg weight held above the held and brought down forcibly towards the ground when the leg is brought forward. Speak to a personal trainer for information.
Pilates will stretch the muscle and help to create a smoother appearance. I ask if you have big thighs because if you have a big a**, then squats will make it bigger by building the glutes.
Eat fibrous foods and plenty of fruits and vegetables. Body brushing is meant to help but I don't do it because the other tips above have gotten rid of any hint of cellulite on my legs. Swimming also is a good exercise.
The bottom line is sorry, but exercise is going to be your best option and stay away from junk food - we all know what that is so I won't explain.
Cellulite is described as fat that has been trapped between the sinewy tissue of the muscle giving the legs or, god forbid, other parts of the body the dimpled appearance.
Deep massage and when I say "deep", I mean a type of massage that often leaves the legs covered in bruises, will break down the fat. Think of it like that expensive Japanese beef that gets massage to blend the fat into the muscle.

This may sound weird, but it's an old method improve cellulite, especially if you have 2 bumps on the sides of your thighs.

Lay down on one side on a hard floor leaning on your elbow. Then start moving your legs just as if you were biking and try to position yourself such as ,as much of your body weight is sqeezing those cellulite bumps. You get the point i think. It will really hurt in the beginning, but with time you won't feel it. And your body weight will sqeeze the cellulite out. Also drink lots of water after this exercise to help flush it .

Trust me, it will work ! ( only for the sides though)

The only way to get rid of it really is diet and exercise! There is no cream or pill that can make it go away. Only toned muscle underneath it will make it disappear. If you have already lost some weight, just keep doing what you are doing and it should go away!

The fact you're a woman means there's a 90% chance you'll have cellulite. Women that don't have it are lucky freaks that have a mans skin structure on their legs.

Diets changes won't get rid of it, neither will rub in creams. Liposuction doesn't remove it as it's down to skin structure as much as it is fat.

Body brushing does minimise it. Endermologie, which is an extremely deep tissue done by machine (death by roller skate as my friend calls it) is the only accepted treatment, but it takes about 6 sessions to get a really good improvement and the effects only last a few months.

i know it's not the answer you want, but you'll have more luck looking for the end of a rainbow than hunting for a 'cure' for cellulite.

And huge congrats on losing all that weight. You're amazing!

you are already doing the right thing, exercise and diet. good job on the weight loss! but honestly, there are about 500 trillion 'magical' cellulite creams out there, but none work. you just have to tone your thighs to get rid of it.

the only way ro reduce tha appearance is to
    1)drybrush your skin daily
    2)moisturise skin daily
3)drink lots of water every day
    4)eat healthy
    and last but most important
5)do muscle toning exercises a few times a wk

ps - slap on a bit of fake tan too, as this makes any shape or size look better and healthier!

there's cream's out there for it, but they're kinda pricy. i know you don't want to hear this, but exercise/toning the muscles would help. not necessarily diet tho. just do like leg/butt exercises or something. just because you lost weight it doesn't mean the cellulite is gonna go away. you have to tone it to get rid of excess fat and flabbyness.

Drink lots of water to aid circulation and cut out fizzy drinks.

Plus you have to body brush - i do it in the shower, in round circular motions brushing over your thighs etc. Also body brush dry when you are out of the shower.

That will definately help over time.

Congratulations on your weight loss. Well done. For the cellulite you need to drink lots of water and then scrub. Use a body brush dry and then when in the bath or shower use a body scrub with one of those sisal scrubber. It really will help. Good luck

Close to impossible, to get rid of cellulite, I think only lipo works.

I read this whole article about the different creams and such and that was the conclusion:

"The amount of fat in the body is determined by the individual's eating and exercise habits, but the distribution of fat in the body is determined by heredity. In most cases reduction of a particular part can be accomplished only as part of an overall weight-reduction program. Endermologie may temporarily improve the appearance of dimpled areas, but the procedure is time-consuming and expensive. Liposuction may permanently help in some cases."
