How can you can you open up a Saab 93 dash board (the air vents) as theres a irretable rattling noise?

I own a 2005 Saab 93 convertible. I have taken the car to a local dealer but it still makes a rattling sound inside the dash board. It is most noticeable when air con or fan is switched off. And when radio is switched off!! I have asked at the Saab stand during the Motor Show in London and they said it is a well know problem which can be rectify by dealers (caused by expanding components inside center dash board during hot weather).
