I am currently using Xenical and it works perfectly for me and I have not had any side effects at all. You are not meant to eat more than 12 grams of fat per meal and no more than 40 grams a day. I have had no problem sticking to that but if you go over these limits, that is when you will probably get the problem with the oily discharge/ oily stools but like I said, I have found it very easy to stay below the specified limits and have had no problems or side effects at all.

It can help if combined with exercise. It doesn't get absorbed into the bloodstream. It simply works in the digestive tract to help bind fat so that it doesn't get absorbed. Watch out - it can give you an "oily discharge" (according to the labeling)

Hi i was on these pills a long time ago i found them very degrading, you have to watch what you eat anything you eat which has fat in will and i mean will come out off you but with a discusting orange oil which stains your clothes if you get any on them(knickers) mean and also the toilet god its really horrid and hard to get rid off too.So if you want to go on these stick to a healthy diet try not to eat anything with fat in or you will regret it ive been there and done it and wont again.I did loose weight thou about 1 stone in 4 wks after that i gave up as it felt like i was watching and keeping check on my bum all the time and e4specially when you are out too.Im now on a slimming pill called Thermaslimmer there a herbal pill and they work, ive lost 1 stone in 3 wks there nothing like Xenical these pills make you less hungry and they do work,so perhaps give them a go after.Good Luck.

The theory behind it, would imply it does. However, there are certainly non-prescription "fat blockers" available too.

I've had the most success with Lipodrene with Hoodia. The ephedra in Lipodrene certainly increases metabolism and the Hoodia does suppress appetite. Pfizer isolated the P57 molecule in Hoodia, it cost them over 30 million in R&D. You'll probably see them come out with a prescription version of Hoodia (or at least the P57 molecule).

The bad news... ephedra will be banned. The 10th circuit court just overturned the un-ban, that a Utah Judge ordered almost two years ago.

If you want to lose weight, and you can find Lipodrene, get it, before it's gone.
