Which airlines allow pets to fly from the UK to USA in the cabin. I know United and Delta do but anyone else?

We have a small Chihuahua and cat and I am trying to get them to come on a long 2 month vacation to the USA next year but I don't want to upset them. We adopted them both from the USA and they had to travel in the hold last time. The dog was not happy about this although our kitty took it in his stride (so nice x)

We are planning to go to Hilton Head Island but are happy to fly into Washington Dulles or New York to make the flight shorter for the 'kids'
