Are hotels in Nice, Cannes, SanTropez, Draguignan and Grasse bicycle friendly? recommend how to find hotels?

Planning a 1 week bicycle holiday in France July 2006, can any one recommend any way of finding out where to stay? tourist info seems pretty bare on this sort of information.

check out Rick Steves website- he has been travelleing through Europe for 20 yrs, and knows a lot about the areas in question. (ricksteves.com) He has even done a bike tour on a couple of his shows, so he can definitely help you out
