He has a benign tumor which doesn't affect him I guess, he's planning on having it operated on after the season ends, so for now you'll get to enjoy his abnormal face for another month and a half.

Lol... I asked the same question! I still don't have an answer. I can't believe Barkley has not said anything about it. I thought my TV was messed up!

thats what i was wondering, Maybe he had surgery. They're trying to stay away from it on the camera.
