Yahoo! Answers Knowledge Partners

The Knowledge Partner programme is a way for organisations to share their specialised knowledge and directly engage with the Yahoo! Answers community.

Who can join?

Any company or organisation that can offer specialised knowledge in a specialised field can apply to become a Knowledge Partner. The Knowledge Partner programme is free to join, although a Knowledge Partner must agree to certain additional terms.

What does a Knowledge Partner do?

A Knowledge Partner supplements the answers we receive from our top-notch Answers community by answering questions in its specialised field, drawing on its training, its experience, and other appropriate resources. Knowledge Partners are held to the same guidelines and standards as all Yahoo! Answers users.

Knowledge Partnerships are not commercial sponsorships. They are just an opportunity for organisations to bring their knowledge and experience to Yahoo! Answers, and provide a valuable contribution to our Community.

What are the benefits?

Knowledge Partners have the opportunity to engage and connect with their target audience in a unique way. The Answers community benefits by getting answers from organisations with specialised knowledge.

As a Knowledge Partner, an organisation can expose its experience, specialised knowledge and core brand values to millions of Answers users. A Knowledge Partner may mention its products or services, where relevant, in an answer, however, should follow the Guidelines as to what is appropriate.

Active Knowledge Partners will receive a Knowledge Partner profile badge, a branded Answers avatar, an embedded link to their website, and will be featured on a rotating basis on this page. High performing Knowledge partners will be featured in the category where they are answering questions.
