They are always drunk.  The landlord (social housing) is fully aware of the situation and finally one month ago sent us a form to fill in recording the incidents.  As we have been upgraded from a starter to an assured tenant we are now able to put in for a transfer which we have done, but we don&#039;t know how long it will take to get a new property.  <br /><br />We need to destress because it is affecting our degree course, my partner and I have both had countless nights of little or no sleep.  The dog is anxious and getting scared.  <br /><br />Here&#039;s a typical day.<br />  <br />Around twelve they awake, we hear their murmers of talking to each other (not a problem) by around eight they are already shouting at each other, clearly they are drunk, reaching ten and the argument begins. About an hour later things start banging, it calms for a few minutes and starts up all over again.  They go to bed around two (assumed as they are quiet) only to wake at four with yet another argument.  <br /><br />The argument wakes and irritates those who live above them, who in turn will probably have an argument.  Their nextdoor neighbour who lives above us will either turn on his music or the tv to drown them out, in turn waking us up.  That is if we have even managed to sleep becasue we were already stressed hours ago and are now unable to relax.<br /><br />We are at our wits end and are in fast need of releif from the stress of living here.  All suggestions of stress releif without tablets and other medication are welcome.
